Family Duck Hunt
Join us for our third annual duck hunt! It's a fall hunt for all ages where rubber ducks will be hidden all along the vista trail and around the nature center. Turn in regular ducks for kid friendly prizes or find a specialty duck for a family prize basket! For ages 2-16. $10 per child, (with an adult), $11 non-resident

Raptor Romp
Walk the Vista Trail and learn about raptors and other birds at several activity stations. Meet our Raptor Ambassadors, including our Bald Eagle. This is a free, family-friendly event, but donations are appreciated and will help support the care of our birds.

Celebrate the arrival of fall by learning about the amazing annual migration of the Monarch Butterfly! Say goodbye to the butterflies we've been raising as they begin their long journey South to Mexico.

Join us for free family fun! Enjoy games, crafts, activities, and lots of information from local environmental organizations. Learn how you can help protect the planet!
Adult Egg Hunt
Egg hunts aren’t just for kids anymore! Adventure around the trails of Hashawha Environmental Center on the hunt for eggs containing raffle tickets. After the hunt, use those tickets to enter drawings for themed baskets featuring wine, chocolate, gift cards and more! Some amazing prizes from local wineries and other businesses. Bring a flashlight!

Maple Festival
Take a hike to the sugarbush! Watch how maple syrup is made. Taste some, then bring some home with you!
Festival 10-2 Saturday and Sunday. Pancake breakfast 8-1 on Sunday. Maple syrup and maple treats available throughout the festival.
No registration required. Cash only. Show up and sign up for the things that interest you most!
Trail Work
Help maintain our many trails by working with our volunteer team to clear brush and fallen trees. Great exercise and great service! Service hours available. Dates TBD.
